Catherine McNeel and Bailie Salk immediately bonded over their shared passion and vision for advancing gender equity in Venture Capital and within the broader ecosystem. The pair sought out to build a trusted network of women that felt like an extension of their own teams, where relationships could  transcend the workspace. They officially teamed up to build Capital Collective in early 2023, a dedicated space where women investors and operators could learn, connect, and engage with each other in a meaningful way. They are proud to have founded a curated and thoughtful community for the next generation of women in VC.
